Sundhya Pahuja is the Director of the Laureate Research Program in Global Corporations and International Law at the University of Melbourne and her research focuses on the history, theory and practice of international law in historical context. Her work engages with the practice, and praxis, of international law through critical history, political philosophy, political-economy and postcolonial theories. Her current research focuses on Global Corporations and International Law, funded by an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship.
