This conference will tackle medicines justice, focusing on equitable access to safe, effective, and affordable medicines through a human rights and social justice lens. It will explore how law, regulation, and policy shape pharmaceutical access at national, EU, and global levels.

The conference theme, ‘building bridges’, aims to strengthen connections between researchers, policymakers, advocates, and communities of practice, while linking law and policy with other disciplines (eg. governance studies, public policy, regulatory science, political science, sociology, economics, and public/global health, among other fields) to improve our understanding of how law and policy affects access to medicines.
