This webinar will bring together legal experts to reflect on recent strategic litigation cases from around the world (including Europe, Canada, and Asia). The discussion will explore to what extent and how legal strategies contributed to improvements in the working and living conditions of (including irregular) migrant workers. Additionally, it aims to consider areas where strategic litigation might help to address persistent situations of vulnerability.
